Property was beautifully designed and absolutely spotless, I appreciated the stay.
Very tasty breakfast selection with toast, everyone could find their favorite food. The staff was helpful, as well as owner. Good location to walk to the town center and the room was modern. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Hop.

Delicious breakfast options with toast. The most important - perfect and magnificent location close to all amenities. Based just off a tram stop, central Blackpool and the pubs, clubs, waterfront, promenade, & piers.

I have had a really great experience, this fabulous, clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. I've booked suite with shower & comfortable bed and everything was brand-new. The breakfast was wonderful, the check in was early. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

The property has a marvellous location, next to the sea front and all shops. North Shore district definitely deserves exploring. The breakfast choices are enjoyable with toast.

The hotel was in a central setting to the major attractions. I had the suite which was new-fashioned and airy with shower & comfortable bed.

I greatly enjoyed this fabulous hotel. The breakfast in the morning was really tasty and complete with toast. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, specially it was minutes from the train station which was useful. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were outstandingly accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful hotel, affable staff, good wi-fi. Perfect and lovely meals. Marvellous and absolutely perfect spot just off North shore, Blackpool for 1 night, and beach. Early check-in, parking in the property.
